Julia's Guesthouse is one of the pioneers in tourism in Placencia. Located on the beach front gives you sea access at your doorstep and being off the main sidewalk makes restaurants an easy walk. Placencia has several groceries stores along the roadside which is an easy 3 minute walk. You'll also find along the road more restaurants, coffee shops, and everything else you might need. The road and the sidewalk run parallel to the sea.
This 2nd floor apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. An AC unit is in the bedrooms. A full kitchen allows you to cook when you would like. There is not a washer/dryer in the unit but laundry service is included. All utilities are included. Monthly rate at 3 months minimum.
