A unique and perfect spot for the person or couple that enjoys peace and quiet, nature and spending their time in the open air. Located in a quiet neighborhood on 4 mostly wooded lots with a “park" that cannot be developed to the side (a nature sanctuary of sorts in the midst of all the development), in easy walking or biking distance of the village (located on northern edge of the village proper - behind Pyramid House) and a two minutes walk to the beach.

Two floors of approximately 580 square feet each.

The first floor has a kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom and small verandah. This has newly installed bedroom AC.

The second floor is a very large outdoor living area with a wet bar and a half-bath/laundry room. A nice place to spend your days, surrounded by treetops with birds, iguanas and such abounding. Not to mention a great view of the sunset, lagoon and Maya Mountains. The house is well shaded by these same trees and stays very cool.

It comes furnished with a stove, refrigerator and washing machine (a large table and bench pictured upstairs). Fully furnished upon request.

Also has parking off the road and shares a large (4 lot) fenced yard with our house and dogs. Your dog welcome!

This is a long term rental for either a Citizen, Permanent Resident, or someone with a Work Permit.
