If you ever imagined yourself living on a secluded beach in the Caribbean this is the spot for you! This house sits on 8 acres in the middle of a 12 mile strip of beach with less than 25 people in those 12 miles. Bordered by a marine reserve to the front and a national park to the rear this is a nature lover’s paradise. On a busy day you may see 2-3 boats go past but you will be more likely to see a plethora of birds and wildlife than a human.

While it is beautiful, this property is not suitable for everyone. Sabal Beach is boat-access only and is off-grid. The property runs off solar energy and utilizes rainwater collection. There are two queen beds and the third room bed size is flexible. Tenant is responsible for butane, trash disposal and internet fee. This is OFF-GRID and therefore mindfulness of consumption of electricity when the sun is not up and water during the dry season.

Non smoking indoors. Pet friendly with pet deposit and monthly pet fee. Tenant is responsible for composting and taking bagged trash into town for disposal. A log time caretaker is on property to help you get settled.
