Aqua Apartment

At Aqua Rentals there are three units that sit on a large property set against the lagoon.

It is considered is close enough to Placencia Village to walk or bike, but far away from the noise. The property is located south of the airstrip and is about a 5 minute bike ride into he village.

This particular apartment is a 1 bedroom second floor apartment with 2 little lofts, but don’t underestimate the size. You have plenty of room to move about. The verandah is the focal point of this apartment. It is HUGE! You will be finding yourself enjoying coffee and reading a book. If that's not your thing then grab a beer and some friends.

Monthly rent is $2,000 BZD and includes water, sanitation, wifi, and housekeeping 2 times per month (no laundry).

There is a shared washer and dryer located in a separate building.

Only one small pet is accepted with a non refundable $300 BZD pet fee, and a $300 refundable pet security deposit.
