Aqua Studio

Aqua Rentals are three units that sits on a large property that sets back against the lagoon. It is considered in Placencia Village but it sits outside of the direct business. The property is located south of the airstrip and is about a 5 minute bike ride into he village. This particular apartment is a one room cabana where the sitting and bedroom area share space but don’t underestimate the size. You have plenty of room to move about. The verandah is the focal point of this apartment. It is HUGE! You will be finding yourself enjoying coffee and reading a book. If that's not your thing then grab a beer and some friends. Monthly rent is $1,500 BZD and includes water, sanitation, and wifi.

There is a washer and dryer available for you to use as well. Only one small pet is accepted with a non refundable $300 BZD pet fee.
