Aqua Cabana

At Aqua Rentals there are three units that sit on a large lot that sits back against the lagoon.

It is close enough to Placencia Village but it sits outside of the direct village.far enough from the noise. The property is located south of the airstrip and is about a 5-minute bike ride into the village.

This particular cabana is a one bedroom, one bathroom, stand alone. The bedroom and living room doors open up to the front screened-in verandah giving plenty of light and airflow. This unit is equipped with AC in the living area.

The verandah offers a nice space to read a book or get some work on the computer done. The monthly rent is $1040 BZD and includes water, sanitation, wifi, and house cleaning every 2 weeks (no laundry).

There is a shared washer and dryer available located close to the main house.

Only one small pet is accepted with a non-refundable $300BZD pet fee and a $300 Refundable pet security.
