RENTAL INFORMATION
All rental properties are available for lease for periods of 28 days or longer. The monthly rental rate may be reduced depending on the length of your lease. Monthly rent is based on the property's set monthly rate and is adjusted according to the applicable lease term. Please inquire for details and long-term rental rates.

​Properties displaying a BTB Registration Number are available to both local and international tenants.

​Properties marked “Local Only” are available only to Belizean citizens, permanent residents, or individuals holding a valid visa or immigration status that permits them to remain in Belize for six months or longer.

Housekeeping: Two housekeeping services per month are included in the rental rate. The frequency or terms of housekeeping may be modified according to the lease agreement.
