All rental properties are available for lease for periods of 28 days or longer. The monthly rental rate may be reduced depending on the length of your lease. ​Properties marked “Local Only” are available only to Belizean citizens, permanent residents, or individuals holding a valid visa or immigration status that permits them to remain in Belize for six months or longer.

Housekeeping: Two housekeeping services per month are included in the rental rate. The frequency or terms of housekeeping may be modified according to the lease agreement.
